CONWAY - Due to inclement weather forecast for Friday, Coastal Carolina has changed its weekend series with Liberty, now playing the Flames Saturday (Noon on ESPNU), Sunday (7:30 pm) and Monday (Noon). Also due to the moves, Coastal Carolina has pushed back its contest with the College of Charleston one day, now playing the Cougars on Wednesday (April 10) at 6 pm. All four games will be played at Field at Pelicans Ballpark.

April 6 (Saturday) Coastal Carolina hosts Liberty - Noon (ESPNU national telecast)
April 7 (Sunday) Coastal Carolina hosts Liberty - 7:30 pm
April 8 (Monday) Coastal Carolina hosts Liberty - Noon
April 10 (Wednesday) Coastal Carolina hosts Coll. of Charleston - 6:00 pm

It is also important to remember that gates to Pelicans Stadium will open just one hour prior to first pitch for the three-game Liberty series due to the early starts on Saturday and Monday, as well as the changeover from a Myrtle Beach Pelicans game Sunday.

In addition to the national telecast on ESPNU Saturday, all three games will be broadcast on the Chanticleer Sports Network, available online at and locally on 100.3 FM WSEA. Coastal Carolina will provide live stats through GameTracker as well.

Coastal Carolina's probable pitching rotation will include LHP Ben Smith Saturday, RHP Tyler Herb Sunday and RHP Alex Cunningham Monday. Liberty is set to counter with RHP Carson Herndon, RHP Brooks Roy and RHP Trey Lambert, respectively.

The Coastal Carolina-Liberty series is presented by TD Bank. The athletics department will throw out foam baseballs and Frisbees during the game Saturday. On Sunday, the first 100 fans through the gate will receive a free "Beat Liberty" T-shirt.
