2008:Went 6-3 with a 3.28 earned-run average in 14 starts for the Chanticleers... Had 54 strikeouts compared to just 10 walks in 85 innings... Was an All-Big South First Team selection... Went six innings in Coastal Carolina's 3-1 win over VMI in the Big South Tournament, striking out a pair... Was ninth in the country in walks allowed per nine innings... Earned the win against VMI April 25, striking out a season high eight in the process... Went eight-plus innings in the 4-3 win over UNC Asheville April 18, giving up two earned runs while striking out seven... Was named the Big South Pitcher of the Week April 7... Allowed just five hits and an unearned run in eight innings in the 2-1 win over Winthrop April 4... Earned the win against Albany March 21, striking out seven and not allowing a run in seven innings... Allowed only one earned run in seven innings in a 4-2 win over Marshall Feb. 29... 2007: Was a Second Team All-America selection by Collegiate Baseball... Was named the Big South Pitcher of the Year and was on the First Team All-Big South... Was the Big South's only 12-game winner in 2007... Went 12-2 with a 2.57 earned-run average and 84 strikeouts in 112 innings... Was named to the Second Team All-Atlantic Region by the ABCA... Was named to both the All-Big South Tournament Team and the All-Myrtle Beach Regional Team... Earned the win over VCU June 2 in the Myrtle Beach Regional, allowing only five hits in 7.1 innings... Picked up the win at Nebraska May 5, striking out four in six innings... Struck out six or more batters in five starts... Was second in the Big South in ERA, fifth in strikeouts and tied for first in innings pitched... Was on the Watch List for the Roger Clemens Award... Struck out a career high 11 vs. Troy April 7... Named the Big South Pitcher of the Week after that performance... Against Campbell April 25, struck out six and allowed two runs in the complete-game 7-2 win... Earned the win over UNC Asheville in the Big South Tournament, throwing eight innings and not allowing an earned run while striking out nine... Gave up only four hits in 3.1 innings against Liberty April 22...

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-year letterwinner at Wallkill High School in Hamburg, N.J... Went 12-1 with a 0.84 earned-run average his senior year... Had 135 strikeouts in 2005 while helping Wallkill to a Group 2 State Championship... Also hit .475 with seven home runs and 57 runs-batted-in his senior season... Earned First Team All-Sussex County Interscholastic League and All-West Jersey his junior season... Was a Second Team All-State and All-Group selection in 2004 and earned the Top Prospect Award at the Rutgers Selectfest... Was the West Jeresy Freshman of the Year in 2002...
