2017 (Fr.): Named Freshman All-American by Collegiate Baseball and was voted the Sun Belt Conference Freshman of the Year … Tabbed second team All-Sun Belt ... Lived up to preseason hype as he was tabbed the D1Baseball.com Preseason Sun Belt Freshman of the Year as well as its preseason #1 impact freshman for the league. ... Played a role in 10 Coastal Carolina wins, scoring the game winner six times and having the game-winning RBI four times ... Reached base safely (hit/walk/hit by pitch) in 40 of his 44 games played with an at bat, including a streak of 22 straight from Feb. 27 to April 11 ... Ranked fourth in the league in stolen bases (0.35 per game) and 11th in walks (0.67 per game) ... Missed 11 games due to injury but still ranked seventh in the league and 125th in the nation with 16 stolen bases ...
