Just the eighth player in Big South history to hit double-digit home runs in three consecutive seasons (12 in 2011, 15 in 2010 and 13 in 2009) ... 2010 (So.): Selected as the 2010 Big South Tournament Most Valuable Player, as well as Big South All-Tournament ... Had three home runs and nine RBI in the tournament, which included a key grand slam in the 15-9 win over High Point, and two home runs with four RBI in the 8-2 win over Liberty ... Led Coastal with 17 RBI in the postseason ... One of two Chants to start in all 65 of CCU's games, which ties for third on the CCU single-season list ... Had 262 at bats, ranking third on the CCU single-season list ... Did not make an error in 141 chances - in fact has not made an error in 254 career chances over his first two seasons ... Hit 15 home runs, tied for fourth-best in the Big South, and ranked eighth (tied) in the league with 135 total bases ... Played in 61 games for the Chanticleers, starting 59 of those contests ... Hit .333, fourth on the team, with 14 doubles, two triples, 13 home runs and 54 RBI ... Broke Coastal Carolina's freshman home run record with 13 bombs, fourth-best in the Big South overall, and his RBI total (54) ranked fifth in the Big South, as did his total bases total (131) ... Hit a home run off Alex White in the NCAA Chapel Hill Regional May 30 ... Had three home runs in the postseason ... Had a .590 slugging percentage and a .382 on-base percentage ... Had 25 multi-hit games and 13 multi-RBI performances ... Hit .381 in conference games... Drove in five runs at High Point April 17... Was 3-for-4 with a double and a home run in the NCAA Chapel Hill Regional game against Kansas May 29 ... Had a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage in right field ... Had four hits at UNC Asheville March 16.
Prior to Coastal Carolina: Was a first team All-State selection as well as the District, Area and Region Player of the Year in 2008 ... Was a four-year letterwinner at Turner Ashby HS ... Hit .510 with 11 home runs and 36 RBI his senior season ... Hit .491 with eight home runs and 35 runs-batted-in his junior season ... Helped the Knights to a second-straight state championship in 2007 ... Was named to the All-State, All-Region and All-District first teams his junior campaign ... Hit .419 his sophomore season with 26 RBI... Was named to the All-Valley District second team ... Played summer baseball with the Mid-Atlantic Rookies and participated in the 2007 Area Code Games ...
