Crossed the line second overall with a 5K time of 18:22.93 at the Coastal Carolina Invitational ... Placed third for the team, 33rd overall at the Big South Preview in 18:59 ... Ran the 6K Charlotte Invitational in 23:29 ... Stopped the clock in 18:55 to finish 28th at the 5K Blue Ridge Mountain Open ... Ran a 5K personal record time of 18:14.78 to finish 10th at the Big South Championship ... Finished third for the team in 22:33 at the NCAA Southeast Regional.

2012 Indoor Track & Field: Finished the season with Coastal's top 3,000m and 5,000m times ... Posted a time of 5:16.69 in the mile at the Virginia Tech Invitational ... Ran a season-best time of 10:09.40 to win the 3,000m at the Clemson Invitational ... Turned in a fourth-place finish in the 5,000m at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge Cup with a season-best time of 17:20.31 ... Earned a bronze medal in the 5,000m at the Big South Championship with a time of 17:46.06.
At Centurion HS: Won the state championship in the 5000 meters in 2010... Won the region and Jakaranda Prestige conference championship in the 1500 meters and was conference champion in the 3000 meters during junior season... Finished first in the conference in the 1500 meters during freshman season... Set the Centurion High School record in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:51... Ran personal best times of 2:18 in the 800 meters, 10:12 in the 3000 meters and 17:51 in the 5000 meters... Competed in the World XC Championships from 2009-2011 finishing 80th, 39th and 51st respectfully ... Won the state championships in the 4k during freshman season and took second during sophomore season... Centurion High School won the region in cross country from 2007-2010.
