Saayman Takes Another Big South Honor

For the second time in three weeks, Coastal Carolina University cross country standout Letitia Saayman has earned Big South Conference Runner of the Week honors, the league announced on Tuesday.

Letitia Saayman won her second straight race to begin the season leading the Coastal Carolina women's track team to a second-place finish at the Big South Preview Saturday morning at Gardner-Webb. The Chanticleer men's team finished fifth in the meet.

After taking home individual titles in the season-opening CCU Invitational, Coastal Carolina University's Letitia Saayman and Joseph Keitt were named the Big South Conference Runners of the Week, the league announced on Wednesday.
