CCU Track & Field Senior Day

2012 Cross Country: Posted season-best 5K time of 19:16.11 to place eighth at Coastal Carolina Invitational.

2012 Outdoor Track & Field: Stopped the clock at 5:10.39 in the 1,500m at the North Florida Invitational ... Finished 16th in the 3,000m with a time of 10:57.84 at the Shamrock Invitational ... Ran the 5,000m in 19:11.67 at the Duke Invitational ... Named to the 2011-12 Big South Presidential Honor Roll.

2011 Cross Country: Turned in a time of 24:07 at the 6k Paul Short Run ... Was Coastal's third finisher at the 5k Blue Ridge Mountain Open with a time of 19:22.9 ... Placed 28th at the Big South Championship meet with a 5k time of 19:05 ... Posted a 6k personal-record of 23:07.3 at the NCAA Southeast Regional.

2011 Outdoor Track & Field: Did not compete ... Named to the 2010-11 Big South Presidential Honor Roll.

2010 Cross Country: Finished the Gamecock Open in sixth place with a time of 18:19.8... Came in third at the Coastal Carolina Invitational, finishing in 18:31.3... Ran a 6K time of 23:14.9 at the Roy Griak Invitational... Placed 20th at the Walt Disney World Classic, turning in a time of 18:38...
