2014 Track & Field: Placed sixth in the decathlon at the Big South Championships with a season-best 5,944 points... Posted runner-up finishes in the pole vault and javelin events of the decathlon at the Big South Championships while finishing third in the long jump and fourth in the 100m. Running event personal bests were 11.52 (100m), 51.21 (400m), 5:05.10 (1,500m) and 16:15 (100m hurdles)... Field event personal bests of 6.20m (long jump), 1.68m (high jump), 4.10m (pole vault), 30.65m (discus), 9.62m (shot put) and 50.94m (javelin) ... Member of 2013-14 Big South Presidential Honor Roll, Dean's List in Fall and Spring.
High School: Competed at Boonsboro High School in Boonsboro, Md.... Team finished as state runners-up in both indoor and outdoor his senior season... Team finished as runners-up at the state indoor meet as a junior... Helped team capture County Championship as a sophomore... Named Washington County Athlete of the Year as a senior... Helped set school records in the 4x100 and 4x800... Has personal bests of 13' in pole vault, 15.13 in 110m hurdles, 40.87 in 300m hurdles, 50.4 in 400m, 6' in high jump, 19'7.43" in long jump, 41'2.25" in triple jump and 2:09.30 in 800m... Also competed for the Boonsboro football team and was named All-County and All-Conference as a tight end.
