2012 Cross Country: Was Coastal's top runner and placed 87th overall at NCAA Southeast Regional with a personal-best 6K time of 22:16.32 ... Also the Chants' top finisher at the Coastal Carolina Invitational and Winthrop Invitational/Big South Preview ... Notched a season-best 5K time of 18:15.38.
2012 Outdoor: Big South Outdoor Track and Field All-Academic Team honoree ... Ran a season-best 800m time of 2:18.63 at the Georgia Tech Invitational ... Crossed the finish line eighth in the 1,500m at the Tiger Final Qualifier with a time of 4:39.61 ... Ran a season-best time of 17:53.39 to card a sixth-place finish in the 5,000m at the Tiger Final Qualifier ... Stopped the clock with a season-best time of 37:54.83 in the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays ... Scored a 10th-place finish in the 10,000m at the Big South Championship with a time of 38:19.91 ... 2012 Indoor: Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the 3,000m at the Clemson invitational with a time of 10:29.09 ... Turned in a season-best 3,000m time of 10:17.59 at the Tiger Paw Invitational to place sixth ... Finished the 5,000m at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge Cup with a season-best time of 17:59.76 ... Crossed the 5,000m finish line in 18:04.76 to place eighth at the Big South Championship.
2011 Outdoor: Completed the season ranked third in the Big South rankings in the 5,000 meters following a sixth place finish in a season best time of 17:38.58 at the Duke Invitational... Ran a personal best in the 10,000 meters at the CCU/Shamrock Invitational, completing the race in 37:55.57... Ended the season ranked fifth in the Big South in the 10,000 meters... Ranked sixth in the Big South rankings in the 1,500 meters following a time of 4:42.84 at the Duke Twilight meet.
2011 Indoor:Finished in sixth place in both the 3,000 and 5,000 meters at the Big South Indoor Championship posting times of 10:17.42 and 18:00.13 respectfully... Her time in the 5,000 was a season best time... Recorded a season best time of 10:10.92 in the 3,000 at the Tiger Paw Invitational to take third place, also took third in the event at the JRF Combined Invitational.
At Massapequa HS: Letter winner in both cross country and track...Class AA County cross country champion while setting personal record 5k record of 18:20...Placed 24th at state cross country meet...All country performer in 3000m and 1500m during the indoor track season...All-County Champion in 3000m and 4x800m relay during junior year indoor track season...Class 3000m (10:17) outdoor county champion...helped lead the Chiefs to the schools first ever Class AAA County Outdoor Track Championship during junior year.
