2014 Cross Country: Earned all-conference honors with a sixth-place finish at the Big South Championships... Recorded four top-10 and three top-five finishes in seven meets... Placed third at the Coastal Carolina Invitational and Winthrop Invitational and fifth at the Big South Preview... Clocked a personal-best 5K time of 17:28.87, while finishing 19th at the Greater Louisville Classic... Placed in the top 50 of the NCAA Southeast Regional, finishing the 6K in 21:20.12... Dean's List.
2014 Outdoor: Did not compete... Member of 2013-14 Big South Presidential Honor Roll, President's List in Spring.
2014 Indoor: Broke the school record in the mile run with a time of 4:51.66 while placing third at the Armory Invitational... Also member of distance medley relay team that set a new school record of 11:55.70 at the Hokie Invitational... Earned All-Big South honors in the 800m with a runner-up finish... Clocked a season-best 800m time of 2:13.76 to place ninth at the Armory Invitational... Notched a time of 10:01.65 in the 3,000m at the Hokie Invitational.
