GENERAL INFORMATION
When available, Chauncey makes public appearances for community and/or private parties upon request for Conway and the surrounding areas.

Please note that Chauncey has a primary responsibility to provide support for Coastal Carolina University athletics. Beyond this, Chauncey helps to promote spirit in the community and attend private parties when available. At any time, an appearance may be cancelled or postponed due to the immediate need for Chauncey at an athletic or university event.

Chauncey appearances for businesses are reserved for our sponsors only. For information on becoming a sponsor, please contact Mark Payne with Chanticleer Sports Properties at mpayne@coastal.edu or 843-349-2271.

FEES
Chauncey makes appearances inside Conway and surrounding areas at the following rates.

PRIVATE PARTIES = $100/hour
COMMUNITY EVENTS = $50/hour

MILEAGE FEE = .45 cents per mile roundtrip

Add $100 for Cheerleaders to appear
All fees must be paid in full before appearance.

HOW TO REQUEST A Chauncey appearance.
Please read the provisions of the appearances below, fill out the request form and send in to Elizabeth Appenzeller a minimum of six weeks prior to the requested appearance date. Form may be sent via fax, email, or mail. Availability confirmation and response will take 1-2 weeks.

CHAUNCEY Appearance Request Form

If the mascot is approved for your event you will need to provide:
1. A parking place close to the even or a ride to the event
2. Drinking water available at all times
3. A private place to dress and rest.
4. A secure location for clothes and personal items.
