WATSON STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CENTER

The crown jewel of Adkins Field House is the Watson Strength and Conditioning Center. Completed in June 2010, the 13,000-square foot facility features the latest in strength and conditioning equipment. The center also houses the offices of Josh Stoner, director of speed, strength and conditioning; Sonya Woods, assistant director of speed, strength and conditioning; and Bryce Cox, assistant director of speed, strength and conditioning, along with a fourth office shared by two speed, strength and conditioning assistants.

The student-athlete Strength and Conditioning Center features:

· Two Concept 2 row machines
· TRX Bands
· 14 step-up boxes
· 32 Perform Better medicine balls
